We offer our customers strategy projects that deal with the requested topic in three distinct phases.
Phase 1: Analysis
In this first phase, the current conditions in your company are examined. A deep unterstanding of your organization and your business environment are absolutely essential. To that end, we ask the questions, which will then form the basis for your strategic direction:
- What does your company want to achieve?
- Where are its strengths?
- What does your company have to achieve?
- Which changes does it have to implement in order to gain competitive
advantages?
Phase 2: Strategy development
The second phase will be the joint development of individual options; they will be assessed and discussed with those responsible. The most favoured concept will then be further developed ready for implementation.
Phase 3: Implementation
We do not only support you in developing strategies, but also in establishing them in your company. To that end, we set up and chair the customer teams responsible for the implementation. In addition, we train all project members and organize the communication of all planned measures across all levels of the company. Once the project is completed, all results are compiled in a comprehensive documentation. Any new insights on developments are put together and then lodged on your knowledge management system. In that way, your staff with relevant responsibilities have access to our results for application and further development.
