We do not poach staff from our customers, neither directly nor indirectly, neither for our own company or that of other customers.
Conversely, we also exspect you as our customer not to conduct recruitment interviews with members of our staff during our period of co-operation and not to poach our employees.
We demand from our staff for the duration of their professional engagement with the customer not to conduct negotiations with the customer regarding possible recruitment to ensure the objectivity of work.
