Pharmaceutical industry
For many years, german pharmaceutical companies were the "pharmacy of the world". In recent years, the legislatory pressure on the pharmaceutical industry has increased enormously. The consequences of regulations and far-reaching legislative measures require as much attention as the increasing customer demands for quality assurance and higher safety standards. All of these measures result in price increases and reduce companies' profit margins.

Moderate growth rates - particulary on the German market - have resulted in a fundamental restructuring of the entire sector: Traditional corporations either concentrate wholly on the pharmaceutical business and demenge the chemical side, or conversely focus on the chemical business and sell their pharmaceutical interests.

The consequences of these structural changes is a stronger focus on core competencies and the resulting global M&A activities. In addition, these traditional corporations are also kept on their toes by aggressive non-traditional competitors.

We support our customers with business, innovation and production strategies as well as with measures to boost sales. We take a multi-sector approach, encompassing organizational structures, processes, human resources as well as the optimization of the value creation chain.
